Service and No Show Policy

SERVICE POLICY

Our goal is for our technicians to be on one accord with our clients ensuring satisfaction and achieving our client's goals. There is a NO REFUND policy however we will do our best to help you achieve your lash and skin goals. Using our expertise and continuing education to stay on top of the trending and effective techniques in our industry.​

Late and NO Show policy

Any client that no call no show will be required to make a 50% non refundable deposit before booking another appointment. Anyone more that 15 min late will be asked to reschedule due to our high volume clientele this is the only way to stay on schedule and make sure our clients are serviced in a timely manner.
